Whisk egg yolk with mustard, ketchup, paprika powder and olive oil. Chop capers and pickles very finely or grind in a blender.
Put the meat through a meat grinder with a fine attachment and mix with the egg yolk mixture, capers and pickles – you can also use a blender for this.
Now form loafs from the mixture and press a grid-shaped pattern into them with the back of a knife.
