Place the frozen vegetables with water and salt in a glass baking dish and defrost and cook at 850 watts for 25 minutes. (Stir briefly after half the time). Stir the crème fraîche, eggs and spices and mix with the well drained, slightly cooled vegetables. Cut the ham into strips. Grease a gratin dish and fill it with alternating layers of vegetables and ham. The top layer should be vegetables. Mix bread flour and parmesan and sprinkle over casserole. Put butter flakes on top and cook with cover at 850 watts for 5 minutes. Then remove the cover and cook at 850 watts for 5 minutes.
