Instructions:

For the nut liqueur balls, melt white couverture with Ceres in a steam bath. Then mix the chocolate with nuts, yolks and nut liqueur. Leave to cool in the refrigerator for about 1 h, stirring occasionally.

Use about 1/2 tsp of the mixture for the balls. Work into balls in hands as cool as possible and then roll the nut liqueur balls in grated nuts.
