For the crayfish gröstl, boil the potatoes and when cooked, peel and cut into small pieces.
Finely chop the onion, fry until they get color, add cooked potatoes. Add the deveined crayfish as well.
Season with thyme, wasabi powder and salt.
Just before serving, add colorful peppers cut into small pieces and spring onion cut diagonally.
Stir sour cream, crushed garlic and seed oil to make dressing. Marinate or decorate the grilled meat with the dressing.
Poach the quail eggs in salted water and place them on top of the dumplings, serve.
