Instructions:

For stuffed potatoes, boil potatoes with skin for about 20 minutes so that they are still rather firm. Rinse the potatoes and cut them open to make a hole the size of a tablespoon.

Hollow out the potato and place 2 spinach leaves, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon bacon and 1 tablespoon cheese in each. Bake at 180 °C for 15 minutes.

Serve with salt, pepper and herbs.
