For the spinach soy loaf, soak the soy granules in the hot vegetable soup and let it steep for about 5 minutes, creating a ready-made soy mixture.
Defrost the spinach leaves and squeeze out the water well. Sauté the onion, garlic and chili in a pan with olive oil, add the spinach and toss briefly.
Season with a little nutmeg, salt and pepper and mix with the soy mixture. Now add an egg and form into loaves with the wholemeal breadcrumbs.
Fry the loafs in a pan with olive oil on both sides.
