Beat the eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar until creamy. Mix cardamom with flour and starch, sift onto the egg mixture and stir in quickly. Fill the dough into a piping bag with a nozzle and pipe dots for body (diameter 1.5 cm), head, ears, hands and feet onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven at 190 °C for approx. 10 minutes until light. Allow to cool. Using a piping bag with a hole nozzle, pipe a dollop of raspberry jam onto half of the pastries and assemble with the remaining bears. Warm the milk chocolate in a water bath. Form a stanitzel from baking paper, pour in the liquid chocolate and cut off a small tip. Pipe the eyes, nose and mouth.
