For the banana chocolate muffins, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff. Peel the bananas and mash them with the milk. Cream the yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar.

Then stir in the oil and the banana milk well. Mix the flour with the baking powder and the chocolate chips and carefully fold into the yolk mixture. Finally, gently fold in the snow.

On a baking tray, place paper cups and pour in the mixture. Bake the banana-chocolate muffins at 170°C for about 25 minutes and then let cool.
