For the zucchini winner cake, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a square (23 cm x 18 cm) baking dish. Grate the zucchini into a bowl (or run it through a food processor), then add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into the baking dish and bake for about 35 minutes (or until proofed with a wooden skewer shows that the batter is no longer runny). Let cool in the pan, then glaze with the green glaze.
Place the footballers on top of the wet glaze. If you can’t get green chocolate frosting, you can frost the zucchini winner cake with sugar frosting dyed green with food coloring.
