Cook whole wheat pasta al dente according to package instructions.
Peel onion, chop finely and sauté in olive oil.
Peel and chop garlic, add to onions and sauté again.
Cut zucchini into fine sticks and add. Deglaze with white wine, steam until soft and season with salt and pepper.
Mix with the wholemeal pasta and serve sprinkled with grated Parmesan.
