For the wild garlic pizza, first prepare the yeast dough. Dissolve the yeast in the sugar and water and mix briefly with a hand blender together with the wild garlic to form a paste.
Mix the paste with the flour in a bowl, cover and let rise at room temperature or in a warm place for 30 minutes.Knead thoroughly with your hands and form a ball. Cover and let it rest for another 20 minutes. Then roll out on a baking sheet and let rise for 5 minutes.
Mix the crème fraîche with the sour cream and season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and lemon zest. Spread on the raw dough and bake at 160°C top and bottom heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
Roughly chop the wild garlic and mix with basil and rocket. Season with a little salt, pepper and olive oil. Spread on the pizza with the pine nuts. If you like the wild garlic pizza a little more hearty, you can add a few slices of raw ham to the pizza.
