Bread: Mix the ingredients together to make a dough. Roll out on a floured work surface and cut out circles or squares.Bake in hot fat until golden brown and floating , turning once to the other side. Serve with chocolate sauce or honey.

Chocolate sauce: Put the dry ingredients in a saucepan and put on medium heat. Gradually add the milk until it thickens. Add the butter and vanilla and bring to the table with the Fry Bread.
