Clean and rinse the lettuce and place in a sieve to drain. For the cream, mix the cream cheese with 2 tbsp of whipped cream and add the chopped dill and salmon. Some dill for garnish whole.
With a spoon cut out 2 dumplings from this amount and put them on the plate. Add the lettuce to the finished sauce, stir, season and arrange on the plate together with the toasted slices of bread.
Garnish with the remaining dill.
