Vegetable Paella with Salmon

Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic clove. Sauté in 1 tbsp. hot oil. Briefly sauté long grain rice in it. Add saffron. Extinguish with 3/4 liter of water while stirring and let it boil. Season with clear soup, salt and cayenne pepper and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Remove peel from carrots, rinse and cut into thin slices. Clean broccoli, rinse and divide into roses. Both after 8-10 min to the long grain rice form and cook.

Rinse, dry and dice salmon. Roast in 1 tbsp hot oil, turning carefully, for about 3 min. Season with salt, cayenne pepper and juice of one lemon, remove. Fold into the long grain rice.
