For the veal cutlets from the oven, lay out the veal cutlets and top each with a piece of bacon. Add a little salt and place a sage leaf on top.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

Roll up the veal cutlets tightly with the stuffing.

Cover a medium-sized baking dish with the bacon slices and place the veal cutlets in it.

Place in the preheated oven on the middle shelf and bake for about 35 minutes.

Remove the veal cutlets from the baking dish and pour the soup over the meat juices, add the cream and season to taste.

Serve the veal cutlets from the oven with parsley potatoes or wide ribbon noodles.
