Cut the meat into cubes. Remove the skin from the onions and cut into cubes. Heat butter in a saucepan. Sear meat in it heartily all around. Season with pepper, salt and rosemary. Add onions and brown. Add hot water apple cider. Cover and steam for 70 minutes.
Remove peel from apples, cut into wedges and core. A little 15 min before the end of the cooking time, add half of the apples to the meat and cook. The other half of the apples should be crushed and added to the meat. Season everything with whipped cream and a little bit of cinnamon.
