Cut the potatoes into slices, the bacon and the cold roast into strips. In a large frying pan (preferably an iron pan) with clarified butter, fry the potatoes. Using a cooking spoon, constantly turn them to the other side and season them strongly with salt and freshly ground pepper. At the same time, in a separate frying pan, sauté bacon with onions and garlic, add roast and roast briefly. The meat to the potatoes form and roast again a few min. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper and sprinkle with parsley and chives.
