For turkey legs in ginger-lime marinade, wash the turkey legs, pat dry and set aside. Mix all ingredients for the marinade well and marinate the turkey legs in it.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate (at least 4 hours). Turn the legs once or twice if necessary. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Put the drumsticks together with the marinade into an ovenproof dish and roast for about 60-70 minutes. Turn several times and pour the marinade over the meat again and again.
