For the sweet millet flake casserole, soak the raisins in rum. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
Mix the curd cheese with milk, egg yolk and cane sugar, add the millet flakes, apples and raisins and fold in the beaten egg white.
Bake the millet flake casserole in a baking dish lined with baking paper in the oven at 170 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
