Pasta dishes are just always delicious!
Salt, egg, flour, a little oil and water knead into a smooth dough, coat with oil and rest with the lid closed. In the meantime, soak de-barked crêpes in milk and strain. Cream butter, add sugar, salt, yolks, vanilla sugar and lemon zest, mix in strained crêpes, cream and snow.
Roll out the dough very thinly on a floured dish, cut the thick edges into small pieces, brush with the filling, roll up, place in a buttered frying pan and bake for about 20 minutes, then baste with milk and bake until done. Sprinkle with milk cream strudel and serve with warm vanilla sauce.
