For the St. Patrick’s Day Greenies, beat the eggs with the sugar until foamy and then briefly add the matcha tea powder until the egg mixture turns a green color.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Melt the butter slowly over a low heat.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and mix into the egg mixture. Mix in the melted butter until a creamy mixture is formed. Finally, fold in the almond slivers.
Line a deep baking tray with baking paper, spread the mixture on it and bake the St. Patrick’s Day Greenies in the oven for about 30 minutes.
