For the spring salad with daisies and dandelions, rinse meadowfoam, dandelion and daisy leaves with cold water and spin dry. Dice the eggs.
Peel and chop the garlic. Heat the butter in a pan, add the garlic and stir briefly. Fry the bread cubes in the garlic butter.
Mix all ingredients for the marinade well. Divide the spring salad on salad plates and drizzle with the marinade.
