Mix sour cream with yolks, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and flour.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and stir in. Grease a baking dish well with butter, pour in the batter, spread the apricots on top and bake in the oven at 180° until golden brown.

Spread on plates and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar.
