Instructions:

For the shortcrust pastry with custard filling, first prepare the custard according to the package instructions and chill. Then prepare the short pastry and roll out or (if you need to do it quickly) roll out the ready-made short pastry. Cut out the stars and place them on an inverted silicone mold (e.g. Gugelhupfform). Bake at 180°C and let cool down. Pour the now cooled pudding into a piping bag and fill into the shortbread pockets. Decorate as desired with chocolate sprinkles or similar and chill the shortbread pockets with custard filling until serving.
