Defrost the pastry sheets. Dice onions and tomatoes. Fry bacon, remove. Steam onions until soft, cool. Mix eggs, whipping cream, kitchen herbs and cheese, season with pepper.
Roll out dough into a circle and place so that dough hangs 2 cm over edge, prick with a fork. Spread with sausage meat. Layer sausage, cheese, tomatoes, onions and bacon.
Pour egg whipped cream between the layers. Cover with bacon, press overhanging dough on top and sprinkle with caraway seeds. Bake in oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes, turn down to 175 degrees and bake for 90 minutes. Rest for 20 minutes.
