Briefly fry peas in oil, add salt and paprika, deglaze with 1 liter of water. Bring to a boil and add bouillon cubes. After about 10 minutes of boiling, reduce the dumplings with a spoon. Depending on the size of the gnocchi, cook for 15-20 minutes until the gnocchi are done. Stir in parsley and serve! For the gnocchi: stir flour, milk, salt and egg to a dough. Not too firm but not too liquid. Shape the dumplings and have them ready.
