Beat the yolks with the powdered sugar and rum until foamy. Whip the egg whites with the granulated sugar until very stiff. Mix the grated pumpkin seeds, baking powder and flour and fold into the yolk mixture. Finally, fold in the beaten egg whites with feeling. Grease an oblong cake pan and dust with flour. Pour in the batter and bake for about 40 minutes at 180°C.
