Instructions:

Cook the unpeeled potatoes. Take out and evaporate a little.

Stir the sauce ingredients until creamy.

Remove the lovage leaves from the stems, chop them coarsely and add them to the sauce. Peel the still warm potatoes and slice them directly into the sauce. Mix carefully and pull until the potatoes are almost cooled down.

Before serving, crumble the goat cheese and sprinkle over the top.
