Instructions:

For the oatmeal loaf, peel and core apples and pears and grate into strips using a grater. Peel potatoes as well and grate into strips.

Mix apples, pears, potatoes, eggs, salt and oatmeal. Form small pancakes and bake in hot pan with canola oil until golden brown.

Finally sprinkle with cinnamon or sugar.
