For the potato loaf, grate the zucchini and onion coarsely and mix with the potato dough. Season well with salt, pepper and Burito seasoning.

Heat wild garlic lard in a frying pan, cut off portions of the dough with a spoon, place in the pan and press apart with the back of a spoon, fry until crispy on each side and serve immediately.
