For the potato and leek tart with smoked salmon, first knead all the ingredients for the dough, let rest briefly and roll out a thin dough with a rolling pin. Butter a round baking dish, place dough on top and prick with a fork to make holes everywhere. Bake in the preheated oven at 220 °C for 5 minutes.
For the filling, peel and boil the potatoes, let cool and grate coarsely. Mix with the remaining ingredients and pour into the pre-baked dough. Bake at 200 °C top/bottom heat for 35 minutes.
