Put all the dough ingredients in the bowl one by one. Knead well, let rise briefly and roll out.
Spread with paradeis pulp, dice the cooked ham and spread evenly on the dough, as well as the tuna. Now sprinkle with cheese.
Roll up the entire dough and cut into 2 cm wide pieces. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 190 °C (convection oven) for 20 minutes.
