For the pike with chanterelles and bacon, first sprinkle the pike fillets with lemon and refrigerate.

In the meantime, clean the chanterelles and cut the bacon into small pieces. Fry the bacon in a pan and brown the chanterelles.

When the mushrooms have released their juices, add the pike fillets. Salt and pepper the fillets beforehand.

Simmer in the mushroom juice until the fish is cooked through. Serve the pike with chanterelles and bacon with parsley potatoes.
