For the nettle soup, wash and coarsely chop the nettle tops. Finely chop the onion and sauté in a little oil. Add the nettle and sauté.

After a few minutes, add the vegetable soup. Simmer for 10 minutes and then puree. Now stir in the whipped cream and the coconut flour. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
