For the pike with bacon sauce, salt, pepper and acidify with lemon juice. Fry quickly on both sides and keep warm. Sauté the onions in the pan and dust with a little flour. Add bacon cut into strips and boil down briefly with the fish stock. Finally stir in capers and cream. Serve the pike fillet with bacon sauce and parsley potatoes.
