Peach Dessert

For the peach dessert, scald 5 peaches with boiling water and peel, cut the flesh from the pit and puree in a blender with the honey and lemon juice.

Pour the puree into dessert bowls and whip the whipped cream with sugar. Pour whipped cream on top of puree and garnish with chocolate sprinkles.

Cut remaining peach into wedges and place on top of peach dessert.
