For the party cake, mix flour with baking powder. Mix the flour, nuts, soft margarine, cocoa milk, yolks and sugar vigorously. Add a little cinnamon if necessary.
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff and then gently fold in. Bake the mixture in a greased loaf pan at 180 degrees top/bottom heat for about 50 to 60 minutes.
Turn the cake out onto a wire rack to cool and when cold, cut in half lengthwise. Fill with jam, melt glaze according to package instructions and coat the party cake with it.
