For the orange slices, beat eggs, sugar. Salt, vanilla sugar and orange zest until very foamy. Mix cooking oil and orange juice and pour in.
Mix flour with baking powder and fold into egg mixture. Spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 160 °C for approx. 25 minutes – cut in half after cooling.
For the filling, whip the cream until stiff. Mix sour cream, curd and sugar and stir in whipped cream. Spread on the bottom part of the cake and cover with the other part and refrigerate.
For the glaze, warm the orange juice a little and mix with powdered sugar to make a glaze – glaze the slices with it. After the glaze has set, pipe a pattern with liquid chocolate.
