For the pasta with roasted vegetables, first cook the pasta according to the package instructions. In the meantime, cut the carrots into small pieces and chop the onion. Heat a pan with oil and add the vegetables.
Season with salt and pepper and sauté for about 10 to 15 minutes at medium temperature. Then add a little soup powder of your choice and the finely chopped garlic.
Add the pasta and a little pasta water to the pan and mix well. If you want you can garnish the pasta with parmesan.
