Pour a quarter of a liter of hot water over the mushrooms and soak for at least one hour, preferably three.

Cut bacon and onion into cubes, chop garlic and parsley. Heat oil, fry bacon and onion in it.

Next, mix in the paradeis pulp and dry roast, very lightly setting it on the bottom of the pot. Next, add the drained mushrooms (save the cooking juices), garlic and half of the parsley.

When the whole thing starts to brown a second time, extinguish with the red wine and boil it strongly. Now pour the mushroom broth – making sure that the possibly sandy set does not get into the sauce. Cook to a thick sauce, season and mix in the remaining parsley. Serve with the cooked pasta.

rarely gets. You can make do with peppermint. (You can get catnip just as well in pet stores).

Our tip: Use bacon with a subtle smoky note!
