Instructions:

Brush raw sausage from the skin, mix well with the eggs. Cut lyoner and cheese into cubes. Cut leek and parsley. Season well with Maggi, nutmeg and freshly ground pepper. Mix all ingredients well, fill into a gratin dish and bake at 200 °C for 45-50 min.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good aroma!
