Instructions:

Put the bones and the meat in cold water and let it boil. Skim off the water. Add the vegetables and spices and simmer on low heat for 3 hours. Strain the vegetables. Degrease the stock (cool and remove the fat layer).

Tip: Cook only with high-quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
