Instructions:

Make long grain rice and keep warm over steam. Cut all vegetables into narrow strips, meat into narrow slices. Arrange all ingredients on trays. For the sauce, mix all ingredients together, season and half with grated ginger, the other half with grated radish.Arrange long-grain rice and batter for each guest in small bowls.
