Instructions:

First descale the fish, then gut it, rinse with cold water and pat dry. Season inside and out with salt and sprinkle with herbs.

Lightly oil the fish and place them in grill baskets that have also been oiled. Grill for about 10 to 12 minutes, turning several times and oiling again.

Remove the grilled fish from the baskets and serve with baguette.
