A simple but delicious cake recipe:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Meanwhile, stir the cinnamon, citrus zest, sugar, milk until the sugar has dissolved. Mix in the ricotta (do not stir too much). Mix eggs extra and then gradually fold into ricotta cream.
Oil a medium sized clay pan (26 cm ø) that has been glazed on the inside.
Fill the creme into the clay pan and bake for 1 hr 25 min. Cool and dust thickly with powdered sugar and a little cinnamon.
