For green pasta, dice the feta cheese, grate lemon zest over it and squeeze the lemon over it. Mix well.
Put water in a pot, add salt and bring to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente, drain and set aside.
Wash zucchini and cut into thin slices. Peel garlic and chop finely. Melt butter in a pan, sweat garlic and then briefly sauté zucchini.
Chop parsley and chives and add. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix pasta with zucchini and drape on a plate.
Sprinkle feta cheese on top and serve the green pasta.
