Fruit Tart

A simple but delicious cake recipe:

Mix butter with egg yolks (1) and egg whites (1) until foamy, and add sugar and flour. After this dough is baked on a cake plate until it is light brown, it is topped with fruit and a layer of cream is poured over it.
