Instructions:

Carefully wash the elderflowers.

Pour the flower umbels in a pot with a lid with water and leave to infuse for 4 days.

Cut the lemon in half and squeeze. Then remove the flowers and mix the liquid with the lemon juice.

Add the jelling sugar and bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for about 4 minutes.

Then fill the jelly into nice glasses.
