Sift flour and baking powder and make a well in the center. Add the remaining ingredients in order, cover with flour and quickly knead into a smooth dough. Leave to rest in a cool place for 20 minutes. Roll out the dough to about 3 mm thick, cut out any shapes you like and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush with milk and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and caraway or poppy seeds. Bake in the preheated oven at 190 °C for about 15 minutes.
