For the cucumber salad, remove the skin from the cucumber, grate it, season a little with salt and let it sit in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.

Peel and crush the garlic clove. Rinse and pluck the mint leaves and cut them off.

Pour yogurt into a suitable bowl, add the spices and mix everything together well.

Drain the cucumber shreds and mix with the yogurt sauce.
